Join us for an engaging and empowering workshop this Saturday where parents will learn practical self-defense skills in a fun and supportive environment! From basic punches, kicks, and blocks to simple combinations and pressure point techniques, participants will build confidence, stay active, and gain valuable tools to stay safe. No experience needed! Just come ready to move, learn, and have fun!
