Principal Message

I hope all our families and students had a restful summer break. On behalf of our wonderful staff and faculty here at John Adams, I wanted to welcome all of you to the 2024-2025 school year! As we get ready to kick off our new school year, I wanted to share that John Adams Middle School once again will be one of the few schools in the city that continue to have academic growth for four consecutive years in Mathematics. This is a testament to the hard work of all our teachers, staff, and families that have sacrificed so much to ensure that only John Adams continues to be a beacon of light in South L.A, but that we also serve as a model to other middle schools. We have so many celebrations and new adventures ahead of us, and I am very proud to be leading this work with all of you.

Espero que todas nuestras familias y estudiantes hayan tenido unas tranquilas vacaciones de verano. ¡En nombre de nuestro maravilloso personal y la facultad aquí en John Adams, quería darles la bienvenida a todos ustedes al año escolar 2024-2025! Mientras nos preparamos para comenzar nuestro nuevo año escolar, quería compartir que John Adams Middle School, una vez más será una de las pocas escuelas en la ciudad que siguen teniendo un crecimiento académico durante cuatro años consecutivos en Matemáticas. Esto es un testamento al trabajo duro de todos nuestros maestros, personal, y familias que han sacrificado tanto para asegurar que solo John Adams continúe siendo un faro de luz en el Sur de L.A., pero que también sirvamos como modelo a otras escuelas intermedias. Tenemos tantas celebraciones y nuevas aventuras por delante, y estoy muy orgulloso de liderar este trabajo con todos ustedes.
